Prices & PaymentAll our products inc. v.a.t @ 15%. Delivery is FREE of charge to most of the U.K mainland . (There may be an additional delivery charge for some Scottish Postcodes. You will be advised by email of any such charge which you will be required to acknowledge before we despatch your goods). You have the option to purchase online through our Secure Server, or we will be happy to take your order over the phone on 0800 2987375.
You can also pay by cheque against a pro-forma invoice. The goods will remain the property of Calgary Just Companies until payment has been received in full.
Security & Peace Of Mind All online orders placed with us are processed through a secure server (SSL). This secure server encrypts all information disclosed to us before it is transferred from your P.C. This ensures that your details are not accessible by any third parties. We take the subject of fraud very seriously and adhere strictly to the code of practice as set down in the UK Data Protection Acts of 1984 & 1998. We do not keep records of your details that would be accessible by other parties online and we will not contact you unless your permission is given.

Delivery Delivery is FREE of charge to most of the U.K mainland. There may be an additional delivery charge for some Scottish Postcodes. You will be advised by email of any such charge which you will be required to acknowledge before we despatch your goods
We endeavour to deliver within 2-5 days. In the unlikely event of there being a delay we will contact you either by e-mail or by telephone on your contact number. As delivery is normally between 9.00am and 5.00pm weekdays, it maybe more suitable to supply us with your * work address for delivery, as the carrier will require a valid signature on delivery.
*Please note that whilst we try to ensure deliveries & collection run as smooth as possible, we cannot be held responsible for non delivery or collections of items on a particular day from a residential address
Returns / Problems/ Cooling Off Period You must report any shortages / Breakages within 24 hrs. This is so we can claim back costs via the relevant carrier. failure to do this
You have the option to return any product within 7 days of purchase. All you have to do is contact our customer care dept, you can E-mail info@calgary-direct.co.uk.co.uk Telephone 01263 820202 or Fax us on 01263 826190. We will arrange to collect the machine . In some instances you may be responsible to pay carriage charge and/or a restocking fee. Please ensure that the machine is returned UNUSED in it's original packaging.
