Masport Olympic 500 Bowling Green Cylinder Mower : General Information

The Masport Olympic 500 cylinder mower has built a reputation amongst those "in-the-know" as one of the best mowers to use for bowling greens and golf greens. This is because Masport use only the highest quality components, so it will give years of service with minimal maintenance requirements. It's rugged steel chassis provides outstanding longevity and provides a rigid and stable cutting-platform for a neat, uniform finish.

Other high quality features include a centrifugal clutch, which allows you to disengage the cutting-cylinder with the engine running, great when moving from site to site. Another major feature is the split differential rear roller, which adds manoeuvrability and reduces the likelihood of scalping. A very large capacity 62-litre collector is included.

The Masport Olympic 500 cylinder mower also features and extremely low minimum cutting height - 7mm. Thats close enough to achieve a perfect bowling green finish.
