Stihl HS45 18" Petrol Hedge Trimmer : General Information

The Stihl HS45 18" petrol hedge trimmer is the largest of the light introductory models, it has dual ground blade system provides a clean cut, excellent for cutting stronger, thicker branches. It has precisely calculated spring elements dampen down vibrations from the engine to a minimum, reducing fatigue.

A small fuel pump delivers fuel to the carburettor at the touch of a button, which reduces the number of starting strokes required following extended breaks in operations. Stihl HS45 also offers their unique ElastoStart reduces the shock caused by the compression of the engine during starting. The compression shock is taken away from the users joints and muscles through a spring or rubber element in the starter handle.

All our STIHL machines are run, checked and tuned and given full PDI (Pre-delivery Inspection) before leaving our premises. This means we will unpack your Stihl, start it, test it and individually tune it for maximum power and efficiency. We ensure that your machine is set up and ready to run when it is handed over to you.
